Stay away from this dirty hotel at all cost!
Posted 4 Apr 2024 on HotelsOmg. This should NOT be a hotel, it’s dirty and run down- I swear a motel 6 in the US is 10x better than this! When I got there- no one helped me with my luggage - fine- then I upgrade my room to king bed- paid for extra- for a room that has mold in the shower, mold in the shower head and when I went to laid down- the sheets were dirty!!!! I called and they said they will “look” at it. They finally changed it. I couldn’t sleep that night. I booked 3 nights and but left the next morning. When I left early! No one asked me why- no one open the door so I can push my big luggage out… nothing… I can’t believe it. I came back only to visit family and this was the biggest hotel there. I can’t believe this- I swear it doesn’t pass any health and safety code. Please do not stay here. I contacted hotels.com but they are not able to refund me- which is fine- but it’s because the hotel can’t fill that room! haha! I’m glad they can’t fill that room- I would t wish anyone that bad fortune of staying there.

Big hotel in Vĩnh Long but kinda old everything is old didn’t do any remodeling. Now 2024 TV still have old models no YouTube or Netflix ect. Hallways walk carpet very old didn’t replace. Room door got stuck lock me out last night. A lot of things is bad hard to explain. I Just recommend stay some where else not this hotel that all.
