It was a convenient location for our planned trip. Unfortunately, though, we did not receive what we paid for. The water temperature in the bathroom could not be controlled. It was extremely hot from both the cold and hot water faucets. We complained and front desk sent maintenance to check the water. Maintenance could not resolve the problem and said he would come back the next day. We left st 9am the next day and no one had come to repair the water problem. We had to use bottled water to get the water temperature lowered to use in the bathroom sink. The phone did not work for outgoing calls. We couldn’t even call the front desk except with our personal phones. There was no elevator. We did not get two Queen beds as booked; instead we got a king bed and a couch bed. There were no pillows for the couch bed. The front desk person offered the only other room to us. We checked it out and it had a terrible odor in it. We rejected it. We had traveled to Vineland for the funeral of a Loved One. Our stay at this location added to our grief. We asked the manager for a full refund, and he referred us to request it through Expedia. We deserve a refund. Please grant us a full refund. Thank you! Lateefah Muhammad
