Pretty good

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and the power went off at least once a day, usually in the evening/nighttime. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but is something bare in mind, especially as it is very warm there and the air conditioning stopped working. The people at the hotel were always there to help and the breakfast ($5) and dinner ($6) were well-priced and very good. There was always somebody around who talked to you. However, our not knowing a lot of Spanish was a hindrance. There was a nice table for sitting outside with a beautiful view of the mountains. The WIFI was free, but we had to ask for them to log it in every time and it was time limited - so I would recommend bringing your own ETECSA card.

We stayed at El Pirry while visiting Vinales. The room is basic and clean, it has a nice view but also some problems with humidity and animals roumors during the night. I felt sick so the owner came with me to the doctor and that was very nice from her. What really disappointed us is that they wanted to make fast money on us: she charged me 2 breakfasts even if I told her I was not going to eat and ate just few things, they offered us a really expensive walk (we found out later it was supposed to cost usullly half of the price) and they brought us to a tabacco filed were we have been offered to buy cigars. We bought a box of 10 cigars and,when we came back home from the holiday, we found out inside the box there were only 9 cigars. We were really disapponted and its definitely a not good publicity for cuban tourism to treat guests that way.

Muchas gracias por su comentario la verdad es que nunca pense que tuvieras ese criterio pues siempre trate de darles un servicio de calidad e informales las cctividades que podian hacer sin animo de ganar dinero, en lo del tabaco no me dedico a vender cigarrillos la excurcion quien la hizo fue un guia profecional por su precio relamen los que cobran menos son los famosos ilegales .Bien me gustaria que repitiera su viaje y no tuvieras que visitar el medico.un saludo y vuelva pronto.

Idéal et chaleureux.

Très proche de la nature, accueil exceptionnel. Tout est organisé pour un séjour au top. Dîner et petit déjeuner excellents. Les 4 niçois en ballade.
