Posted 20 Feb 2024 on HotelsFrom the start of our 4 day stay in vinales at Villa Caricia both my wife and I felt that we had chosen a very impressive friendly accomodation. Location was excelent. We have no hesitation in giving the villa carcia a 5 star rating. Good Luck to you all at Villa Caricia.

La estancia en Villa Caricia ha sido muy agradable. El cuarto que rentamos era muy cómodo y estaba muy limpio, y nos ofrecieron un rico desayuno. Se preocuparon en todo momento porque nos sintiéramos bien y nos organizaron todas las actividades que quisimos hacer en Viñales. Incluso nos dejaron unos chubasqueros para protegernos de la lluvia. Recomendamos el lugar para alojarse y conocer Viñales.

We had a very poor time staying with Sergio and his family. The host told us that breakfast was included on the first day and then pushed to do our washing and said it was included also. On the last night payment was demanded and we were then accosted by Sergio's father in the morning despite to our understanding settling the matter in the evenning prior.
I do not recommend staying in this home stay. These hosts frequently did not keep their words.

Good afternoon to the Expedia page. Next I will write about the completely false comment that customer Michael has written. I will not write it for the client Michael, I will write it for future guests who wish to book at my Casa, Villa Caricia. Since I advertised my House on Expedia, it was well established that the price advertised in my profile corresponds to the cost of the room per night for rent. Breakfast and laundry services are offered, but they have never been included in the room price, nor are clients pressured to eat breakfast or wash clothes if they do not wish to do so. For this reason, I clarify that there was never a conversation with the client Michael, in which it was mentioned to him that breakfast was included in the price of the room and no one pressured him to wash his clothes in our houses. That's not my policy. My conscience is very clear. Now I think and inform all the people who wish to visit my House, that what was written by the person Michael is totally false. Without further ado, Dr. Sergio, host of Villa Caricia in Viñales.

Muy buena estancia en Villa Caricia. Sergio y sus padres fueron muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Fue un gusto tratar con gente así. Habitación limpia y muy buen ubicada en el centro pero en una calle silenciosa. Las excursiones organizadas con ellos (ruta a caballo, cayo jutia, etc.) Estuvieron genial y bien de precio. Desayuno completo y con un café excepcional. Si vuelvo a Cuba sin duda repetiría Viñales y repetiría con ellos.
