Very friendly, nice view. Breakfast rather poor but dinners are alright. There is a very small but charming pool.

Beware fellow traveler's. BED BUGS! And deception. There is no pool that you can access unless you occupy the entire pool house. The two rooms outside of the pool house are under the restaurant, so if you enjoy the sound of scraping chairs above you head all night. Don't stay here!
The bed bugs alone should be the kiss of death.

Sinceramente sentimos mucho su decepción con nuestro servicio, en respuesta a sus inconformidades puedo decirle que todos nuestros clientes tienen acceso a la piscina, tal vez fue una mala comunicación entre ambas partes.En cuento al ruido del restaurante, puede ser que molestara en algún momento puntual, pero el mismo cierra a las 22.00 horas por lo que el descanso en el horario de la noche no se perturba.Los animales de las habitaciones a los que hace referencia, son roedores o mosquitos, recuerde que Viñales es un pueblo donde abunda la naturaleza y el clima tropical por lo que en algunas oportunidades hay que lidiar con los mismos, pero ninguno en su habitacion o en su cama, lamentamos que no pudiera disfrutar como disfrutaron los demás clientes, Saludos Cordiales

Excellent place and all about the views!
Posted 30 Sep 2023 on HotelsI had a fantastic stay here. The view and location are spectacular. I was here primarily for photography and it was a perfect location for an early start to photograph Vinales valley and the morning mist. My hosts were really helpful and arranged a walking tour. There isn’t any facilities nearby so I was reliant on the restaurant for food and drink. They were the most expensive of my trip but meals were huge and very good. I would recommend stocking up on water before heading up the hill. The room was comfortable and the views incredible. It is a distance from the main town but as I wanted to be at the viewpoint for sunrise this didn’t bother me.

Astonishing location and view. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is amazing. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely spot and beautiful views. Right beside a state run hotel where you can buy bus tickets and use their pool. It’s a quick ride in a taxi down to the town which is a delightful. Our host organised a wonderful horse ride down through the national park and a stop
at a tobacco farm. It was great and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the wonderful care our host Alex and staff gave us and their humour. I loved it.

Très bon emplacement. Restaurant plutôt bon et copieux mais un peu cher.
Chambre confortable avec une très belle vue. Petite piscine.
Seul bémol le wifi annoncé qui n était pas disponible du séjour.
