We just stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and had a wonderful visit! From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the outstanding front desk/lobby staff. They assisted with our parking to make our check-in seamless. They were also helpful in getting our two rooms close together which we appreciated very much. The bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Camila and Lucas for taking the time to help us locate a store with local handcrafts, and their assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a perfect location and our rooms had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room/bathrooms were so comfortable and perfectly outfitted! All around a great visit!

Great location and the property was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly, but the service in the rooftop bar and the lobby bar was very slow.
