Hotels with Swimming Pool in Vina del Mar, Valparaíso

"Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay! "

"The hotel infrastructure, location and rooms are excellent. The staff is very friendly but a bit cumbersome to deal with. The only weak points are in the bathroom, as the shower and faucet controls are rather worn and rusty. They should be renewed."

"This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. "The only thing that i didn't like was that went they washed the pool area, a lot of water fell on our balcony which wet everything we had there. "

"Great, but we were in the room below the jacuzzi which meant we couldn’t really sleep in the day. Not ideal after a long flight. Failing that though, it was perfect!!"

"We thought about cancelling our reservation before we even saw the room, then we saw the room and immediately decided to cancel. The place was swarming with ants - in the hallways and again inside our room. The furniture was very worn - the leather couch was peeling, the chairs were rusted. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Most of all, the entire complex (even outside) had the strongest, most nauseating smell. It was like something had exploded an air freshener bomb to cover something...
