I spent a lot of money there and stayed 6 nights. Worst experience ever. They gave us trouble about my 10 year olds service dog , they was rude to my son, he dropped his phone in the the laundry basket and they was rude to him, the owner called me and cussed me out this morning about something I didn’t even do and then told me she threw some of my kids clothes away and told me “ good luck getting them back and digging through the trash” when my boyfriend went to the front desk to ask why they called me cussing they told him they was calling the police then I went up their to inquire about my clothes and was told I needed to check out and leave.. the owner is nasty and yells at you , the whole staff minus one lady was extremely rude and nasty! To be rude to me is one thing but not my special needs child!!!!!

Good Hotel
Posted 3 Oct 2018 on HotelsMy experience in the hotel was good, The staff was excellent, actually the best service in the industry since I was in Chile. The hotel needs some touch up. The mattress needs to be replaced and it was very cold at night. (maybe I didn't know well how to use it) the offered me an upgrade at check in and the view its the main token of the location. Unfortunately, it's not close to the main places but the transportation its excellent. They followed up with a thank you note for the stay directly from them which few places do.
