Perfect customer service! The hotel location is the best. The hotel itself is piece of art with a cozy spa. Excellent and supportive staff. Will come back here again and will strongly recommend to my friends!

The hotel is amazing! Firstly, you smell it. Secondly, greeted by friendly and professional staff. The hotel is so beautiful, the photos don't do the justice. My deluxe double room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and very pretty, I'd love to have one like that at home. TV is not a smart one so we could cast from the phone and mattress wasn't to my liking. The breakfast buffet had a poor selection, but at least has hot menu to order, which is nice. We used the pool and sauna privately, which was nice. Averall, I enjoyed the stay and would be back.
