"The front desk is not 24/7. We arrived at 7pm and we have had to self check-in through a machine. The description of hotel mention it has a SPA as our benefit, but we did not find that and had no one to ask for. Note: they charge addition fee for after hour call."

"This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms."

"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. "Room were attend & clean very nice. Front desk Jamila and colleagues very nice to me. Restaurant breakfast buffet was excellent and sure lunch and dinner just the same, staff very friendly. Must stay again next time, it’s almost very close 30mins walk to most tours. Keep up the excellent job. Rogelio"
