"Generally the hotel was spotless, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Only 3 downsides. Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. Buses are few and far between and taxis don't exist in Villers and there isn't much around the hotel. Thirdly, the stairs from the underground car park come up outside the hotel. Got soaked. "Our host was such a warm and friendly person. His English was pretty good and he was very helpful with sight seeing tips and providing maps with places to visit. We were there for the 80th anniversary of D Day. Saw most of the sights but not all. Five days isn’t enough time.
