"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

"This was absolutely the most wonderful experience! The room was clean! The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable! The view was dynamite for me as I am a people watcher and the comings and goings outside my window were delighted I could have just sat there and stared all day! It was so convient to take the bus or the metro! Love love love! Absolutely fantastic!!!"

Family Paris Getaway

"Family stay, used the city train to get around, was walking distance to the train. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Has a "high class" atmosphere, the bar serves food as we had to eat within the hotel one night due to excess activities and the food was on good. Not like most of the Paris restaurants we ate at, but acceptable. Prices were lower than most of the Paris restaurants we ate at though."
