This is a large chateau. The owner has been restoring the property for over 10 years but it is still work in progress. He is an excellent cook and the in house dinners are a good choice. The breakfast was good. The bedroom was large, clean and very 19th century French. Lovely polished wood floors. Large grounds around the hotel. Free parking.

Disappointing stay
Posted 10 Oct 2019 on HotelsGround are amazing except the pool was not open. Did not know that before I booked or would have booked elsewhere. Didn't mind if it would have been cold but was not fit to swim in. No restaurant as advertised and no bar either. Room was clean but back mold in shower. Wifi did not reach room unless door open and even then off and on.

Interesting old house. Rooms quite mixed.
Posted 23 Aug 2016Lovely friendly dog. Plastic bathroom with no ventilation and electric loo. Breakfast basic. Extremely kind and helpful host. Pool small but very nice. No TV. Beds excellent. Evening meal good.

We found a very nice place in the midlle of the forest, very helptull and nice owner, and we had a great stay there
