The location is fine but when we arrived, they had no record of our Expedia booking. They then put us into a tiny room near the entrance, barely enough room for our luggage. My wife asked for an extra pillow and was told it was not possible. I then went and insisted and an extra pillow was reluctantly produced. The aircon is good and the wifi is fine but when booking, make sure you are confirmed and request a photo of the room so they don't put you into that shoe box.

I had a great stay at Villa Deicer! The owner and the staff are wonderful and very helpful with areanging tours and transportation to the desert. The room was very clean and the pool was very refreshing.

Good hotel located in downtown
Posted 6 Feb 2018The room was OK - private bathroom and clean but right on the street with late night noise. WiFi was advertised but not available due to "technical problems". Staff was very nice. They arranged for the tours we wanted (Observatorio and the "badlands" of the Desierto de Tatacoa) with no problems and reasonable rates. They also allowed us to clean our shoes from the mud accumulated at the Desierto in their back room.

We are really sorry about the issues with the noise at that place close to us, we're working on it. Our Wifi provider is satellital and in the are is one of the best, we're incresing the capacity of navigation, hope you'd enjoy your staying at the Tatacoa's desert.

we arrived and never got any reservation
Posted 23 Jan 2018don´t know whose fault is, if expedia or the hotel, but although we had the confirmation booking nubmer, the hotel told us they never got the reservation from expedia and we had to look for another hotel...

I'm Villa Deicer we're so ashamed about the situation, everytime we've received a reservation from a costumer we closed the room and make the unavailability, unfortunately we didn't receive one, for that reason we don't charge the costumer or if we have a room we just let you'all know if you wanna take, for that reason we're receiving a 1/5 without bein our fault.
