"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"The hotel is well located close to all the major attractions. Breakfast is good and has a variety of option. Coffee is made for you and not from a machine. The room we stayed in was spacious clean and comfortable. "

"This hotel was very nice in a very good value is very close to the airport and 2 miles from the city center. Taxis are required. Please ask them to turn on their meters or confirm the price to your destination before getting in them. Their restaurant La Scala was excellent!! I told them they deserve at least one or two Michelin stars. it is a great value incredible service and excellent food. Overall, this hotel worked great together as a team and you could tell how people are that work here....
