"The hotel has a perfect location being right on the lakeside. Our room was large, comfortable and clean with a sweet little balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wevery much enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay at Grand Hotel du Lac over New Years was wonderful. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was a little small but the view of the lake and the mountains from the dining room was amazing."

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "
