Hotel silencioso, pero paredes deslgadas, si la persona de otra habitacion enciende TV o conversa normal, se escucha desde la otra habitacion, un poco incomodo si quieres dormir, es como si estuviera en una pieza contigua y no habitacion diferente separada por pared. la atencion del personal muy buena y piezas limpias para un descanso optimo.

La ubicacion del hotel es buena. Alejado del centro, 1.5Km, de zona tranquila. cerca de la playa chica. con buen acceso vehicular. la resepcion es acorde al lugar... Lo malo: No nos dieron la habitacion que habiamos solicitdo por este medio, nos dieron una habitacion pequeña que apenas nos podiamos mover; menos mal que somos delgados con mi esposa.LO OTRO, LA LIMPIEZA, dejo mucho que desear; de los seis dias, solo dos cambios de toallas, sin cambio de ropa de cama y muy poca higiene de la habitacion. Lamentablemente tengo que dejarlo escrito porque si exigen el pago al ingreso deben prestar tambien un buen servicio. la atencion del personal, ocho puntos. otra cosa inadecuada/impropia, es que en el mismo predio alquilan el salon para fiestas; imposible dormir.

kolping Villarica
Una experiencia buena, solo que el hotel estaba alejado del centro, es un hotel de muchos años de uso, y se ve que falta un poco de amor por él. En el baño había hormigas, y el colchón de la cama estaba bastante desgastado, por lo cual no fue cómodo a la hora del descanso. Por el importe abonado, debería ser mejor la calidad de la habitación. En el desayuno, faltaba el pan. por ej, alguna de las cosas que vi. Un lugar muy seguro y con gente con muy buena predisposición y atención, pero un poco flojo el mantenimiento del edificio y coordinación de recursos.
