Hotel was fantastic and great amenities, however further out of main area in Bologna than expected. Expensive for taxis and difficult to get one back, but close to the airport

The lights in rooms poor and bathroom lights poor
Breakfast was poor

Although the hotel itself was good - they had no restaurant catering throughout the whole weekend apart from breakfast.
The hotel is situated a long way from town - buses didn't run Sundays so we had hotel lobby food microwaved- not good! We would not have booked this hotel had we known the catering arrangements. The bus into town and back stopped at 8pm so no dinners out without getting a taxi back which was about E20- very disappointing - Bus service was good during the day.

The bus service, while improvable, is a rather new addition as it was only introduced a year ago and feedback such as the one you so kindly provided us with is certainly crucial.
