"The staff were amazing from the comms in the run up to our seamless arrival. I was already so excited about the room facing on to the (incredible!!!) Plaza Mayor (absolutely gorgeous), but upon arrival we were upgraded to a crazy amazing suite that blew our minds. The 2x balconies, spa shower with cool lighting, insanely comfortable bed, and wine on hand for purchase right in our room made the trip so, so perfect. This boutique hotel prides itself on service, comfort, and luxury, and it can be secure in knowing that they’ve nailed all three! Sincerest thanks to the wonderful staff - I will 100% stay here again when back in Salamanca. What an absolute treat!"

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of the ancient heart of Salamanca. The building itself is an historic building which has been repurposed tastefully as a hotel. The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. One very small note of caution. The hotel's car park is very small and they don't take advance bookings. If you arrive significantly after check-in time it's unlikely you'll be able to park on-site. However, there serm to be other parking options relatively close by so really not a big problem."

"The only problem was I wasn’t told there was a huge parking fee. When I went to leave they tried to charge me but I refused to pay because I wasn’t told before hand. Other than that great place to stay very central and great service."
