"We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, i had asked if possible to have a room on a high floor, when we checked in the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner apartment on the 5th floor. We definitely got the WOW! factor when we walked in. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could need. Its was absolutely spotless and the views were amazing we had both sea and mountain. My only negative was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend the Blue Line...

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. "Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is located in a great, but not really quiet area. It was very convenient - walkable distance to a great deal of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The host and hotel staff are very nice and friendly, always available to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean.
