Awful check in . You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer

We were charged extra £175 in top of our booking at the property even though paid in full through Expedia

Posted 14 May 2018 on HotelsStay was ok overall for the family with the little baby. The cot wasn't provided, so we had to bring our own. Also, one needs to be informed upfront (we were not) that the check-in is actually in the hotel and not in the apartment building. That's where the breakfast (and other meals) is also served. It's about 15 min walk, but if one uses short-cut it could be under 5 min (we used it every day). Another annoying feature is lack of wi-fi in the apartment. On a plus side - fantastic view from the apartment (floor 22 we had), quick walk to the beach, and hotel staff was actually very helpful, addressing all our needs and beyond (special thanks to Natalie at the reception!)

Had appartement met giga dakterras. Geweldig uitzicht. Inrichting appartement was ok. Keukenuitrusting kan wat uitgebreider. Geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaat. Water koken moest in een van de twee aanwezige pannen. Fijn was dat het appartement elke dag schoongemaakt werd. Had ik niet op gerekend. Tv had alleen Spaanse zenders. Heb een heel fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement.

La atención por parte de Reguart impecable, para que tuviesemos una estancia agradable. Lo que necesitamos nos lo facilitó sin problema y de manera rápida. Por poner un pero, el sofá cama está para cambiar( apartamento 25F. Torre 2)
