"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. There is no walking beach nearby, Beds are spring beds which will break your back, mosquitoes flying all over and biting all night. There was one A/C for three rooms. The concierge staff, especially Elena, gave us exceptional insight and information about the area . Their recommendations were perfect, and they made the Reservations for us. "Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk."

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. "Beautiful hotel on the water. We had a room with a nice view of the bay from our small balcony. The room was small but we made it work. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was so perfect with so many beautiful options. It get crowded but they do a great job. The bar always had some one that could make you a beverage any time you walked by. We ate dinner there only once it was good. But the variety on the menu did not suit our tastes so we dinned out the other nights. Location is nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful and the hotel grounds were pretty. super clean and well kept."

"Overall rating is excellent. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are courteous, extremely helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast offered an array of delicious hot and cold foods. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future! "
