بالنسبة للفئة السعرية القرية جيدة لكن المشكلة المسافات الطويلة التي تمشيها أما بالنسبة للانيميشن كان جيد جداً وشكر خاص للشيف حمادة الشخصية الخلوقة لكل ما يقدمه من خدمات للجميع مما جعل الإقامة اجمل

the resort is extremely old in terms of furniture, equipment. Food is an awfully bad and very small amount and no varieties at all. Also, they used the leftovers from the lunch to be served at dinner

The property is nice not luxurious, they need to upgrade the first floor. Ask for the updated rooms. We had fun as a family with kids. I want to thank Mr. Haitham, very nice and helpful person.

I liked the aqua park but the food and the cleanliness wasn't that good.

The worest hotel every , do not go there , very rude stuff , not clean at all , room not clean , food is not clean bad smell in restaurant and bar , all Coffe machines is not working in hotel , beach not clean water is green in pool , aqua park is broken very danger , hotel staff very rude and not respecting customer , check in took 5 hours waiting . Shuttle bus always late and you have to walk long distance in sun to go to beach or aqua park , we had a very bad experience there DO NOT GO THERE EVER

We try to cover all our guests and staff are always friendly with all our guests. Even if you didn't like something you could come to guest relation manager or Reception manager to solve all your problems. But unfortunately you didn't.
