Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time.

With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste, but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and verity's was good. And the beach was also amazing and the sea was so nice to walk and swim in. No issues with bugs. Lots of entertainment. We had so much fun in the sun. Thank you Jaz Aquamarine

The resort is very clean and tidy. It offers wide options for food with restaurants and snack kiosks around the whole proporty. We tried 4 different a-la-carte restaurants and they all tasted delicious. The staff was very kind and ready to met all our needs and requests. A special thank goes to ANNABELLA of guests relations: a GREAT hostess, who made our stay unforgettable!
