The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the property is nice. We really didn’t feel welcomed there, the vibe was different at this place. I’ve felt more welcome at a rundown hole in the wall anywhere else. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable and the water was always hot. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The outside pool was heated and surrounding outside area was spacious.
The hotel restaurant needs a better menu. We got a hamburger and crab bisque. The burger was tiny, however the crab bisque was amazing. The restaurant service was great as well. Soundproofing between rooms needs improvement. A microwave in the room is a needed addition.
Overall this place was great, and I would stay here again and again.

Property was great, I did ask about the VIP upgrade or perk, there was none, I think Expedia needs to look at the hotels not providing VIP service and remove them from that list.
