Great place and people!
Posted 29 Dec 2018 on HotelsI would not stay in the Rivas 126 again until the owner does some repairs but, Menor and Margarita have great customer service and made it right by putting us in a place where everything worked when they found there was problems. They are great and we enjoyed our stay there in Casa Pacifica.

Rivas 126. Don’t do it.
Posted 5 Apr 2021 on HotelsUnfortunately for me since it was my first vacation since Feb 2020. Pacifica the resort itself is beautiful. The unit I rented was not in the best condition. Fridge barely worked. Furniture is worn and old. Two towels were provided for my entire stay. No one came to clean the apt. Worse experience ever.
The resort is amazing but that unit avoid at all costs! Three nights @ $485. Robbery.
