"The resort was average with some maintenance issues like our air conditioner was broken, they came and looked at it and agreed it was broken. Did not move us but did provide a fan the 2nd night upon request. What makes this place that we would highly recommend was the service. Outstanding. From the airport driver to the hotel staff, to the resturant, they were attentive, efficient and delightful to visit. Truly a great place. The food was excellent and abundant. Pool clean. Great place."

"great stay, love the castle, stayed in the authentic part and great experience. room was good and comfy and clean and everything you expect from staying in a castle full of history. was like sleeping in a musem which was cool. great local wine from the venue too and loved the views"
