Everything is good about this property, just need little bit bigger bed in 2 bed room

Pre Covid used to frequent a lot used this time and majority of staff look fed up, unhelpful and just going through the motions with no concern for the customer

Stayed in the club lounge. No stranger to this Hotel great potential but underutilised....club lounge closed since COVID but rooms still given out with " access to Executive lounge". Nice hotel but surrounded by slums....nice staff, friendly and good breakfast food.

The hotel staff broke out luggage during check in while they were scanning our luggage, we brought the issue to the manager and manager denied next day, we asked them to check camera's as well and we told them we don't need money back, we just asked for help with our luggage but staff denied, worst experience, highly recommend dont offer this hotel even on your website.
