When I arrived at my room the door was open. There was a huge fan in the carpet blowing hot air. The room temperature was on heat at 85 degrees. It was a very hot day in Florida. The carpet was wet. My door would not clew properly and everything was filthy.
I still got my baggage and move in because I was evacuating from a Hurricane on the gulf coast Florida. I was not in the room for more than 5 minutes when the front desk called (Amanda) and told we had to evacuate by 8:00 AM the next morning. I asked if there were an recommendations for where I could go, and all I got was “No” and a hang up. I can’t believe Expedia even recommended this property. I wasn’t at the hotel for more than an hour before leaving, and I still was charge for the night. Shame on Expedia for even recommending a place like this.

Very nice property right on the beach - parking is on the property and breakfast is included. This is a nice property for a family or couple traveling to the St Augustine area.

The hotel was awesomely located. There wasn’t anything “wrong”…. More of annoyance and somewhat inconvenient. We were unaware of the construction happening and it was quite loud. The WiFi would not stay connected, I had to connect 6 times on the last morning alone. The toilet was stuck and running constantly. The door handle would only open if you pulled up and not down as usual.

Our carpet needed a good cleaning as well as the balcony needed swept.
For what I paid for the room I was surprised i had to pay for parking.
The pool was great. Close to beach
