Great little hotel
Posted 8 Oct 2023 on HotelsA lovely small hotel on outskirts of village. Very good restaurant. Breakfast first rate. Pool very small Room difficult to keep at right temperature. Overlay a great base for a few days to explore interior of the Island.

Hotel has under gone some refurbishment although it still feels a little dated. The staff aare very welcoming though and the facilities were fine.
Disappointing that there was no fresh orange juice for breakfast. The only place in our entire 2 week stay which didn't have any.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review us.We believe that you should not have had breakfast together with the rest of all our guests since they have a variety of natural fruit juices every morning. On the day of your stay, natural pineapple and strawberry juice was served, we respect your opinion but nothing suits you reality ...In our breakfasts they have;-Croissan or freshly baked sweet, variety of breads, toasts, butter, jam, cereals, Nutella, honey, variety of cheeses, fruit, yogurt, eggs or tortilla, various sausages, tomato, cream cheese, freshly ground coffee, soluble coffee, infinity of infusions, natural juice and industrial juice..., if you consider that this is disappointing, we believe that you should have paid more for a more hostent/luxurious establishment that would fit your needs.We are a small hotel with a two-star category in which it has an endless number of services and completely renovated rooms, rooms, solarium, SPA, reception, terraces, cafeteria, night service for inconveniences, tourist information, free late cehckin, service Daily rooms, laundry, heating, refrigerators, restaurant, tea and coffee makers in the room, among others...Even so, I would like to point out that you could have had your orange juice if you had requested it, it is always easier, faster and more efficient to comment on it during your stay.a cordial greetingCharlotte

Comfortable hotel and good location.

Little Gem!

It was very lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The room was clean, cozy and comfy. Would definitely good option to stay here as you are planning hiking around.

Does not accept kids! Be warned!
Posted 23 Dec 2021 on HotelsDidn’t stay here in the end as we received message the night before arrival the hotel does not take kids. My baby is 1.5yrs old. Unfortunately I didn’t get the details nor was I asked to cancel my booking so was charged full price. Hotel.com site does not mention this hotel does not accept kids!!!

We regret your review, which is also not true since the hotel wrote to you the same day of your reservation, since you requested a cot. We write to you providing you with information so that you can cancel your reservation on time. Finally, you read and did not cancel, on the same day of your reservation we wrote it again and even tried to help you by contacting EXPEDIA to try to solve said incident, EXPEDIA tells us that you have made a reservation for two adults and never includes a child in your reservation, If we had done so at the time of the search, we would not have appeared in the wanted, which is why it refuses to return.
It is unfortunate that we are blamed for a mistake that is not even ours and that our work is played with even though we have done everything we can to help her.
We recommend that you be more attentive when making your reservations and if you do not know how to make them correctly, that you go to a professional to indicate or make them.
It will avoid a lot of problems ...
Even so, we do not regret having tried to help her, in the end each one gives what they have and in her comment everything is reflected.
They cannot rate us since they have never accessed our facilities.
