Although the hotel was pretty empty the staff that was there was very nice and made the stay memorable. Food was also very good and portions are quite large.

Take a spectacular respite from the Costa Brava!
This is an ideal spot for some R&R in between one's sojourn about the hustle and bustle of the Costa Brava. Nearby Casa Anamaria is far enough inland to enjoy real seclusion. The new hotel is elegant with beautiful rooms and marvelous amenities. The Spa is located in a 17th-century adjacent building near the pool and tennis court. The food was excellent, i.e. lunch in the pool house, and dinner in the lovely dining roomā€”a much appreciated relaxed atmosphere throughout.

Great place if you want to go and relax for a few days. We stayed for 2 nights spending the whole day at the hotel. We treated ourselves to a massage, lunch and a relax by the pool. The restaurant has excellent food! If you were to stay any longer than 2 nights I'd recommend a car or at least taking some bicycles. The area is a very pretty part of Catalonia great for walking/cycling or swimming in nearby lake Banyoles

Loved the property. Manager Sara is a sweetheart and she made us feel welcome all along. Our dinner was spectacular. We loved the rooms and the views are stunning. One recommendation to the hotel would be to use real grass around the pool.
