Rooms are very small. Bath and powder rooms were not in good condition. Air conditioning was not proper. Room access card needs to be activated every day.

Ótima experiência, voltarei com certeza. O prédio é dividido com o hotel Radisson. Localização excelente, próximo ao Shopping Vila Olímpia, região com bons restaurantes e padarias. Limpeza estava boa, precisei de toalhas de piscina e a equipe prontamente me levou. Estacionamento incluso na diária com manobrista. Piscina coberta com aquecimento, piscina externa estava bem gelada apesar do tempo quente.

Faucet in bathroom not working. Limited amount of towels for 2 guests. No towel refresh every day
