The outdoor lock was lacking a keypad and the facial recognition wasn’t working… their customer service is the worse! I was there 8 night and going in the property was a nightmare EVERY time. There is no one physically there and it took me about 20 min to enter the property EVERY time for the 8 days… a nightmare

Horrible experience

Got locked outside twice. Charlie’s customer service took minimum 45 minutes to return. Apartment got flooded during a storm, due to water over flowing out of pipes. Had to clean the water by myself, because Charlie customer service has no one available until next day to do the service. Woke up in the morning and found the door open, and no one from Charlie hold responsible for all the inconveniences. AC unit was not working properly. Horrible experience!!!! Perfect example, of poor automated customer service!!! I’ll definitely choose only Hotels with regular human presence customer service!
