We stayed in both city center and here. City center place was a bit cramped, really enjoyed the extra space at Zambala and close to a metro stop.

The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently.

Posted 23 Jul 2022 on HotelsThe hotel is bad in terms of service, there is no food, there is no room service, there is no water, you have to take the bottle of water and fill it from Downstairs.They closing hotel doors on 23:59, To be honest, I didn't find anything good to write about. Well, it was a bad experience to rent in this hotel. I don't recommend it at all.

I love this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is beautiful and service is amazing. This time I just think the room needed to be cleaned better and the area rug seriously needs replacement. We had the same room and the rug was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. I will be staying again soon.
