Friendly staff, fast response to needs and questions. Close walk to the center of the city. Had a quiet and relaxing stay. Also enjoyed the breakfast they served either at the restaurant or in your room. Only issue was the internet connection, had to get a new user id and password a couple times. Also has a gym which I used every day.

What I like most is the friendliness of all the staff, their prompt response to our concerns, the cleanliness of the area, and the distance from the city center which is not too close and not that far for a walk. We had a quiet and relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast they served us. Especially the coffee, it tastes so perfect that I even asked for a refill.
The only thing I did not like was the internet connection. It is not only once that we needed a new password to access the internet. The front desk explained the reason as to why but to me it would be better if it is continuous for the duration of their guest's stay, especially if you are working on something important in your laptop.

Disappointing weekend.
Posted 5 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe didn’t get the room amenities as stated like two double beds in one room and 1 queen 1 twin in other room. We only got one queen bed in the other room and a two double beds and there’s 6 of us. I want to sleep alone so I choose a suite wd one twin and one queen as stated. We specifically paid in the reservation total of 4 beds. But got only 3 beds. AC not working well in one of the rooms, they charged our driver a room charge when he slept on the floor wd his own blankets. The suite we had is good for 8 people and there’s only 6 adults plus our driver. The toilet was leaking and the kitchen sink leaking too. Not well maintained, cabinets old. Hotel only looks nice on the outside. Maybe the single rooms are kempt but the suites wd two bedrooms not well maintained. AC in one of the rooms shouldn’t be above the guests’s bed. Rating on line is inflated!!!

Regarding the issues for the room bed type, the Suite has 4 beds namely 2 double beds in master’s bedroom, 1 queen bed in small bedroom, and a hideaway bed in living area.As for the misunderstanding with the room charges for your driver, we didn’t charge an extra for your driver as it is not declared and he advised the front desk that he will not going to sleep in the room. However, we will still ensure that our policies are communicated clearly and well-understood by the guests to avoid any further misinterpretations.Regarding the issue with the air conditioning and leaks in the room, we have promptly alerted our maintenance team to rectify these issues and ensure that all our facilities are in top condition for our guests' comfort.We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention.Warm regards,Paradores De Vigan
