Quiet place to stay in. However, the aircon is not keeping the room cold. The shower would be better if it's working properly and if there's proper ventilation as not to retain some bad smell. It would be great if the property has generator in case of power interruption to avoid having a very hot room and interrupted work (in case you travelled with your work). Some staff are OK to deal with but some doesn't compromise to meet the guests' needs and are unaccommodating. The pool slides are always turned off and it took the staff almost half a day to clean the pool, making guests unable to enjoy it. The property is also located beside the cemetery and public transportation is hard unless you brought your own car.

Superb staff but they can clean the place more. Property looks clean but it didn't feel as clean. They also need to put rugs by the entrance and also by the bathroom door. Rugs are useful especially when it rains like it did when we were there. The staff were really nice, I can't complain.

Posted 19 Apr 2022 on HotelsHotels.com should update info on their website. There’s no wi-fi when we got there. They’re saying they just opened 2 days ago but I booked a week before when I was in Vegas.
Besides that the staff was friendly and service is good although it’s hard to find the hotel because their sign is so small, we passed it several times. They should also clean their cabinets and add small refrigerator. Overall it’s all good, nice and quiet.

It desperately needs major upgrade and maintenance. I booked the property online and the pictures are no longer an accurate representation of its actual condition.

Not good place to stay, seems may close anytime.
Posted 5 Jan 2020 on HotelsPlace was ordinary, outdated, no appeal, felt isolated. There Dec 22nd, before even Christmas, not festive at all, no decorations. Photo must have been from when it was brand new. Hall very old, outdated look, some furniture stained, uncomfortable to sit on.
At breakfast they served a cup of rice, 2 Ilokano longganisa and fried egg, choice of water or 3 in 1 coffee. There were at least 23 people at breakfast, some may have already left when we got there. Majority were children. Pool was closed yet it was advertised as great place for families. A mon asked about the pool and if I heard it right she was told it will open later which she responded, we would have checked out by then. There was no sign of the pool and water slide being opened all week, surroundings looked too dry, water had a few leaves in the pool but overall decent. The kids would have had a ball. Perfect weather to go swimming but closed. Heard later that they are planning to sell the place so probably reason that there are no improvements planned.
