While the access to Vigan Town center was a close walk, the rooms were not clean. There were insects in rooms, dirty towels in the closet, and no hot water for a shower.
The Internet was good, but, no shower curtain or soap. This place needs a remake to have a clean and comfortable stay.

We are sorry about the left out towels inside the room, but that doesn't mean that the room was not cleaned. Some staff just missed checking the cabinet for the previous occupant'towels. We take pride in our reputation of having a clean place. I will be sure to coach the staff about this. As for the shower, kindly take time to check the list of amenities, shower curtains and toiletries are not provided, as well as hot water. Please take time to read to set your expectations. The room had small soaps though which we provide for simple handwashing. About the insects, I am not sure about this but if you are referring to mosquitoes or and one to two ants, this can be quite normal here in the Philippines. Thank you, and we wish to host you at better circumstance.

Easy check in and check out. Near Calle Crisologo. Staff were nice and friendly.
My spouse left her pants and they sent it to our place in Manila. Grateful for that. Thank you so much.
