飯店員工亂七八糟的沒有打掃房間也讓客人進去、換房間，既然他的系統沒有設定導致房門打不開房間無法供電、按摩的小姐很沒有禮貌，直接躺在大廳上面在做按摩的時候一直在跟別人聊天吵、2樓的房間樓下是餐廳遇到客人唱歌的時候整間房間超級吵的無法入睡

Room had no shower. Just a tub which is weird and inconvenient. Everything else ok.

Cheap hotel with great comfort - but nothing more
Posted 5 Oct 2024 on Hotels1- SPA service very unpleasant.
2- Very noisy environment and no soundproof in the room so you ear very well what's going, above and on the floor. And outside is a very busy street. Bring your earplugs!
3- The refrigerator freezes everything no matter the setting.
4- The whirlpool bath didn't work.
5- There's a hole in the door, everybody from outside could have a pretty good peak of inside the room.
6- The lock doesn't work properly. When I had to open my door, it was quite a hassle. Took more than a minute every time.
7- I stayed there for 7 nights and they never changed the sheets on my bed. Also never cleaned the mirror behind the sink. Maybe it's out of respect but they never moved any of my things to clean the counter under.
8- Breakfast, basic and mainly flavorless.
Everything in the room was outdated, but it was clean; my white socks were proof of that.
So a lot of little things, but the bed was very comfortable and with earplugs, the sleep was very good. It's still a good choice if you don't expect a 3 stars north american standards, especially with such an attractive price.

The food was good, the staff were accommodating, the pool area was clean, and the rooms were spacious.
