Vikeo Villas Serviced Apartments is located just next to a huge construction site. The scaffolds are maybe at 2-5 meters from the apartment. There is deafening noise of pneumatic hammers tearing down concrete walls, 7 AM - 6 PM, all week long, yes also on Sundays.
I was not advised beforehand by the manager that this situation existed. I was not given an opportunity to opt out. However the torturous and virtually constant and deafening noise was so undeniable, he offered me a refund and I moved out after a few days.

We have many long term tenants (one for over 10 years) who obviously have tolerance for the noise.I personally live here also and it is not that bad. So whether or not the noise will cause someone to not want to stay here is a just a matter of preference. Surely it is not "deafening". As far as a notification goes, who would book if there is a notation about construction noise?
