It was easy to get around Vienna with the trams and the U-Bahn conveniently located within walking distance. The staff was very warm and welcoming and helpful abd the excellent free coffee was so comforting in the cold.

Staff very friendly. Great links to transport from airport & city centre. Room was a good size with comfortable bed & clean.
