Hotel was clean ,modern , staff was friendly, staff member nasarae was helpful in checking me in and also attending to bartending as well ! Train and bus are walking distance whereever you want to go .Overall I would recommend this place A

A great hotel stay, staff (particularly Larissa) were excellent and the rooms were clean, well equipped and modern. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us as we stayed in November but I can see that it would be an issue in the summer

Breakfast a little disappointing but everything was really of a great standard and would certainly recommend to friends

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need.
We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem.
Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming.
Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

The room was nice, had a good refrigerator, and the front desk was terrific. The rain forest sounds in the hallway & entrance were cool too! I'd stay here again!
