The staff were helpful and nice however the property is quite limited, with a separate building for reception, no kettle or toiletries, and the tv wasn't a smart tv, also, though it was lovely that they stored pur luggage, it seemed unprotected and overly casual no tags were assigned, nothing but a key to a room given to me to come amd go from the luggage room as i please.

It was said at the booking that there is parking
It was one of my priorities. They gave me a plate for fee for the night and I had to park my car on the steeet. In the morning I found my car with a fully broken right rear-view mirror. Nobody helped me they suggested to report it to the police
The policemsn said it is "normal"
In my opinoin it is absolutely not. Who eill oay for my damage?

Dear Rita,we are very sorry to hear that you experienced a parking damage during your stay with us, we truly understand this must be upsetting. Since we only have a limited amount of parking spaces available in our garage, which at the time of your booking was already full, the parking permissions are our alternative solution. We deeply regret that whoever damaged your car was not honest enough to report it and that the police was not able to investigate further, which they usually aren't. However, we are unfortunately not able to take any liability of parking damages, since parking in a city always always comes with a risk. Next time we will gladly make sure to get you a space in our garage in order to minimize the risk. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize and hope we'll be able to make up for it next time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions I had. The hotel itself was simple and clean and easy walking distance (5mins) to tram stops and train/underground station. Would definitely stay again.

Inexpensive, clean, safe, convenient and friendly!
Posted 24 Dec 2022 on HotelsI stayed at the pension which is a 1 minute walk from the main hotel. It is inexpensive, very clean and secure for both the building and my room. The neighborhood is in safe area and very convenient to public transportation (5-8 minute walk). Everything was excellent
