I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended.

The location was very ideal for a sightseeing trip in Vienna, with a metro stop a 1 minute walk away and a tram stop a 10 minute walk away it was very easy to get to the centre of the city!
The apartments are located in a family neighbourhood so it overall felt very safe and was nice and quiet at night as opposed to more busy areas.
Our small apartment had a private bathroom, shared kitchen and fridge area and a fan and air conditioning unit making the stay that bit more comfortable than the budget hotels/hostels we normally stay in.
My only complaint is the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, with some areas of the floor still being quite dusty and the external unit of the bathroom extractor fan having fallen off and onto the shower floor.
Overall, this place was a great find, a great price and perfect for our needs whilst travelling around Europe!

Pay for the location, not the room
Posted 5 Apr 2023 on HotelsA great location in district 2 of Vienna with the metro close by and everything is within walking distance if you're up for it. The room was rather small for the price you pay, being basically just a bed and bathroom as you share a kitchenette with another room. My biggest gripe was the cleanliness as there was some black mold in the shower.

The rooms fixtures and contents are a little tired and passed their best. The towels are extremely thin. But staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Clean apartment, as described in photos
Posted 15 Jul 2019 on HotelsThe apartment was as in the photos, but the door onto the street did not lock. The apartment was very clean, the only negative was that the towels were very old. It was more spacious than I had expected.
