Property was very convenient to public transportation: Westbahnhof as well as U-Bahn & S-Bahn. Everything was good! I would recommend.

Clean comfortable and quiet

Great hotel close to u-bahn. Really quite well designed room excellent kitchette. Very comfortable. But check in process was hell. Didn’t get email and couldn’t check in remotely spent nearly 30 mins on phone trying to check in. Nightmare! Room isn’t cleaned during stay so tea coffee not topped up. Long life milk was off and curdled in hot water. Overall lovely if the niggles were fixed it would be 10 out of 10.

However, we are happy to inform you that we have a storage room accessible to our guests where you can get tea, coffee, milk, towels etc. The room is in the basement. Good place to stay

The room was nice and clean. I expected it to be small and it was but small in all the right ways. The added extras were very nice I liked having the tea and coffee and beer.

Likes a free bottle of juice and a bottle of beer (in the fridge) and a bottle of water plus a bag of crisps on kitchen counter fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge, extractor fan and ceramic hobs (x2), pots and pans, plus crockery and cutlery available for use if required nice bathroom fully functioning air-con bathroom demister mirror with built in light, and streaming speaker large screen TV, lots of sockets and USB ports helpful staff who showed up (Nicholas) to sort drainage smell problem - Pre-printed numa ‘Apology Card’ and two small pieces of numa chocs left by housekeeping in response to the drainage smell issue Dislikes - ChatBot Virtual interaction lacks human touch - ChatBot communications wasted a lot of time when a staff could have dealt with issues then and there e.g. without having to email videos of the entry pad and dirty linen issues - rain shower not working - drain smells from waste pipes of bathroom basin - cooking smells from the restaurants below - wc feels ‘boxed’ in - plywood walls looks cheap and gives off plywood smell - decorative black felt ‘trees’ on wall behind bed were peeling off - dirty sheet and stained mattress cover - lack of full instructions at time of booking about the available facilities at the premises e.g. available laundry room facility or luggage storage arrangements on check out being available (storage available from check-out until 8 pm on the day of checking out).

48 hour stopover

spotlessly clean inside, very handy for the Westbahnhof/ U3 for heading into the 1st/inner city, for boozing with the hipsters in Neubau, and generally enjoying vienna as a tourist. Couldn't get the TV to work, but i think that was probably user error on our side. Overall v happy - would defo stay agan
