Good location
Posted 6 Jul 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for 2 nights in a family room and even though we have asked at the reception to have the soap, shampoo and conditioner refilled they weren't. The room carpet could have been cleaner. The location is great, you can easily walk everywhere.

Good location and basically right on top of metro station super easy for transt around vienna. The rooms a re big. The reception staff is friendly. Bathroom need updating

The address if you go w/ car is incorrect in expedia you have to run a pedestrian street you can not park in there you are going to recive a ticket. Be carefoul not recomendable

Very convenient for the museum quarter and all major sites… reception staff all friendly and helpful.. I love Vienna so knew my way around. I will definitely stay here again as I have still many sights to tick off😀

Good functional hotel close to museums.
