Nice hotel with good breakfast (additional fee), kind staff and comfortable room. We had the Superior room and it was plenty big with a nice view. We were able to check in early and use bag storage after checkout so we could explore the city on our final day before our train. Convenient to the main city center

Loved the stay. Would highly recommended and would stay again. Close to transportation and walkable to city Center. Only issue was limited space to place large suitcases in room. Could do with folding luggage stands. Otherwise no issues

booked two twin beds, got a small double... not the room we booked - but "all full". RUshed by front desk, no time for questions and basically Rude or rather Annoyed with tourist questions.... that IS YOUR BUSINESS,,, adapt or get ourt of HOSPITALITY. Will not recommend

Great location with easy metro access. Staff are efficient. Mattress didn't sleep great (personal opinion, this will differ with people). Hotel bar had great prices for drinks and snacks.

Great choice. price and quality. Conveniently located in a short walking distance to main attractions and museums. Breakfast buffet quality and variety was more affordable than most other options outside the hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very ckose a an S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. There are lots of reaturants within a 5-10 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arriving in Vienna.
