We arrived early at the hotel (around 12). The room was ready at that time, though we had to sign up to their members scheme to get free early access, which was annoying. The hotel was just a 12 minute walk across the river to reach the main part of the city. There were a couple of bars and restaurants around. The room was tidy and spacious. It was well decorated. There were building works being carried out on the exterior facade from 9am to 6pm, although this didn’t bother us as we were out exploring early and didn’t notice even when we came back in the afternoon. There was only one lift which served 7 floors. As we were staying on the 7th floor we could sometimes be waiting a while for the lift but this is not a big deal. Overall we would consider staying again if we returned to Vienna

Location is good for visiting the city center, where many attractions located.

The location compared to the other two Mercure hotels is ideal as they are in a local which suffer more frim noisey night life

The property itself was great. Clean, well-positioned and nice facilities. The staff unfortunately, let it down. They were unfriendly, unhelpful and just not what you expect from an established brand like Mercure.

Our check in was very quick and very nice staff. Nice walkways around the hotel. Overall, a very good experience at this property. We will be checking out later today and looking forward to our next stay at KK Palais for the next 5 nights.

It is a nice hotel, with lots of dining options near by, although tourist places are a bit further afield.

I love the staff, excellent service in the cafe. The location was fantastic! The only problem was the aurcondition. It was pretty warm for us and we cant control it bec per staff , it is centralized AC. So we end up sleeping with our windows open coz we were toasted.
