Nice staff, nice bar area, good breakfast (but pricey)

Location and access to public transport was convenient. Not very happy with some of the Front Desk Staff ☹️

Average service. AC wasn't working efficiently, couldn't find an iron in the room, and was misguided by the receptionist about clothes laundry.

Staff could be me more warmer/welcoming although it could just be a Vienna thing. Bar area not open until 6pm which isn’t helpful if you want a drink while at the hotel.
The room was very spacious and had good facilities, with a 2 night stay I would have expected the tea/coffee to be topped up. Also thebhotel does have good transport links and a supermarket next door which is convenient.
