Nice room however we were opposite the service lift and so couldn't sleep in past 8.30am due to lots of crashing around, hoovering, etc. Not an issue if you are morning people I suppose! There is a traditional Austrian restaurant opposite that I would highly recommend!!

Great location to be based in Vienna: close to important train and metro stations, close to restaurants and shops, safe, and close to the attractions at the city center.

I would like say a special thank you to the helpful reception staff who couldn’t enough for us. Also, a huge thanks to the outstanding customer service and welcome from the hospitable breakfast waiting staff including Nadia and Ihtezar.

Great hotel and good staff. Just be careful not to go to the other Hotel Leonardo also in Vienna - check the address!
