This hotel wasn’t in a busy area or located near any monuments, but the room was big for European standards, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were the stars of the property they really made you feel like royalty. I think this place deserves at least 4 stars. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great too. Very happy with my stay here.

I like this hotel as it is reasonable in price compared to other Vienna hotels. Very helpful staff. Fairly big room with everything you can expect. 5 minutes walk to U-bahn, 10 minutes to tramlines.

Fantastic value, Rooms clean and well presented, hole Team were great polite and helpful. location was amazing just 5 stops on the underground U4 from city centre, plus just a few minutes walk to Schonbrunn Palace , Big bus pick up point for city tours. Hotel is in a convenient location, short walk from the metro and bus stop just at the opposite corner. A couple of food places on the same street too. On the whole the hotel would need some refurbishment but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that rooms are without a/c and in August is was quite hot. Fans are provided but it would have been more comfortable with a/c. At night, after the reception is closed and in case the door is closed a code is left on the door with access to anyone. I would be a better solution to share that code with the guests at check-in. This makes the place even safer for the guests.
